The ATP-USA manufacturing process has been designed and developed for high speed, high volume, fully automated molding of Polyurethane insoles.  Our simple but unique conveyor system was designed and built for maximum efficiency and maximum output.  Our fully computerized pouring system is integrated with state-of-the-art controls that deliver precise chemical shot weights in increments of a hundredth of a second.  These advanced statistical process controls provide the operators with 100% control over the chemical delivery.  Not only in the weight of each pour, but in the location of the pour as well.  Consistency in weight gives you consistent insole properties such as hardness and molded density.  

ATP-USA is staffed with Chemical Engineers that develop chemical systems to manufacture a product that meets the customers’ specifications, first time, every time.  ATP-USA develops these systems internally to maximize control and to build in flexibility where it is needed.  Our factory laboratory is equipped with the most advanced testing equipment available.  Any system being poured is tested many times during each shift to insure the designed profile is maintained.  All chemical tests are logged and incoming batches are tested and tracked.  The procedures are followed and records are maintained to ISO standards.  This rigorous attention to detail again is one more way to insure a quality product.
